I have 10+ years of blogging experience; readers trust and value my opinions.
My Audience and Reach:
The majority of my readers are mothers, just like me. They are balancing home, work and child-rearing, and they have a wide variety of interests. Close to 80% of my readership is American, and 10% Canadian, with other localities represented in smaller percentages.
I’m also active on Pinterest and Instagram (@zephyrhillblog) and have a direct email list of 2,500 subscribers.
I. Reviews and Giveaways:
Product Review: We do product reviews on a very limited basis, and the non-negotiable $200 fee includes a full blog post, lifestyle photos, email blast, and social shares. Items typically reviewed: Educational products, toys and games, books, cloth diapers (limited review), household goods. Following FTC guidelines for endorsements, links are designated “no follow.”
Giveaway: Clients may also add a GIVEAWAY for my readers (see terms in section VI below) Please contact me to get started. Items not reviewed: Intimate products and/or lingerie, health and weight loss supplements, MLM and commission-based businesses . I will not review items that must be purchased out of pocket. Negative Reviews: My readers appreciate thorough, honest reviews, so that’s what I provide. If there are problems with a product, I will always reach out to you. If a product is defective, you can choose to leave the review unpublished, in which case your fee is refunded, minus return shipping if you would like the product returned for quality control.
II. Social Media / Newsletter Shares
I can post on both Pinterest and Instagram for a fee of $75 with client provided image and copy and hashtags (where applicable).
I can share your content in my email newsletter for a fee of $75.
III. Guest Posts
Zephyr Hill Blog accepts high-quality, relevant guest posts or educational articles from time to time. Links which the author feels are useful and relevant to the content are allowed; all content is subject to my approval. I may add, at my discretion, additional internal links to enhance the post, or links to applicable (non-commercial) sites. There is an editorial fee assessed for editing, publishing and promoting (current rate is $105). Please inquire using my Contact Form. Content is guaranteed to remain on the site for 12 months and may be removed at our discretion (i.e. if no longer relevant or current) after that.
IV. Sponsored Links
A link to your product or service may be placed in a high performing previously published blog post for a fee of $100. Requests will be considered on a case by case basis and should be relevant to the post. They remain permanently in place, unless otherwise requested. The link insertion fee also includes promotion on social media and in my newsletter for additional exposure. Please email me to order.

V. Payment Terms
- Payment is up front, via Paypal or Venmo, and your content will be published within 24 hours of payment receipt. No exception to this policy.
- Content is guaranteed to remain on the site for 12 months and may be removed at our discretion (i.e. if no longer relevant or current) after that.
VI. Review/Giveaway Terms:
- I follow sweepstakes guidelines for my state, and for social media channels. If you have questions, please ask!
- Client must ship prize to the winner(s).
- When a sponsor does not fulfill prize obligation, post and links are subject to removal from my blog.
- The name and email address of each entrant is used only for collecting entries in a giveaway; I strongly protect the privacy of my readers and will not share, rent or sell any contact information from the giveaway form except that of the winner or winners (for the purposing of shipping a prize). Sponsors agree to not use the winner’s contact information for any other purpose unrelated to prize fulfillment. The only exception to this policy would be asking my readers to sign up for your email newsletter as an entry mechanism, which is completely fine. I will need a direct URL to your sign-up form to share.
- Products available on Amazon may be linked (at my discretion) to my affiliate account, in addition to your requested URL(s).
- FTC Guidelines dictate that I must disclose affiliate relationships and compensated reviews and endorsements. This will be done within the post.
VII. Produces and Services Provided for Review
All products and/or services sent for review become my personal property, and are duly reported as required by tax law. Products cannot be returned, except in cases of malfunction or defects (return shipping must be covered by client).
