There was some concern about my due date because I measured small at my last appointment. By my cycles (which are extremely regular), I was 18 weeks along, but my uterus measured 14 weeks. I was a little bit worried that something might be wrong with the baby’s growth, or that my due date was going to get pushed up another month.
I do tend to measure small with pregnancy, but never as much as 4 weeks. So an ultrasound was ordered and we got the results yesterday.
I really am 18 weeks along! Whew!
My only explanation is that I must carry very low and that affects how I measure from the outside. After all, this is my 7th baby. Everything is getting lower these days!

I love that you are keeping it a surprise. I can’t do that yet. I have 2 girls and I felt like I had to know to be prepared. I will have to know the third time too. I dont want to buy by clothes if i dont need them, but i want to have some ready if it will be a boy. (not preggo with #3 yet, just saying). Maybe if #3 is a boy then #4 we will let be a surprise since we will have boy and girl stuff.
