No Fail Southern Biscuit Recipe

- 1.5 cups self-rising flour
- ¾ cup cream (heavy or whipping)
- ¼ tsp. salt (optional)
- Preheat oven to 450
- Mix all together. If dough doesn't come together readily dribble in an additional 1 to 2 tablespoons cream to make it totally cohesive.
- Roll or pat out dough ¾ in thick and cut with biscuit cutter
- Place on ungreased sheet pan and bake 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned.
